Safety Officer
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor construction works progress in term of safety.
- Closely monitoring of safety culture / procedure to workers and sub-contractors as per client / PTJP safety standard.
- To liaise with client and consultant on construction safety matters.
- Proactively involved and participate in all client, consultant and contractor safety council.
- To prepare project report and presentation.
- To prepare, compile and full fill all safety documents on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Tool box talk / training to workers and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Good working attitude, self motivated independence and can work under pressure.
- Holding AK3 certificate from DEPNAKER.
- Knowledge on Indonesia construction safety and health requirements.
- 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Good communication skill with client, consultant, sub-cons and workers.
- Knowledge on computer MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.
- Willing to relocate / outstation for long period and work extra hours.
- Well verse in English (written/speaking)
- Good leadership and management skills.
