We will put each individual in our Management Trainee program and develop with us.   Our Management Trainee consist of 3 development program;   1. Sales & Marketing Development : We train people to develop their communication skill by approaching customer on face to face level.   2. Training Development : We train people to develop their leadership skill by managing a small team.   3. Business Developmet : We train people to develop their management skill by managing an office and expanding the business. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
