URGENTLY NEEDED

International Contractor is looking for suitable candidates to fill position:

Estimate/QS Engineer (EQS)

Specific Requirements:

• Male/Female (25 – 45 years old)
• Min. Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architect from reputable university
• Min. 3 years experience in Civil & Building Project
• Able to prepare BQ (Bill of Quantity)
• Able to prepare Tender Specification
• Able to create project costing calculation
• Able to do project schedule, analyze unit price & calculate work volume as well as calculate progress of works

General Requirements:

• English ability (Min. passive)
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Auto CAD)
• Posses strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical skill
• Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skill
• Proactive, hardworker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines
• Willing to be placed at site office
