FLIGHT SAFETY OFFICER (FSO)

Job Description :

• The position of FSO reports to a Safety Director, assist in ensuring that the standards of aviation safety are applied in flight crew aspects and assists in carrying out safety oversight monitoring.

Qualifications :

• Male / Female with age min. 40 years old
• Pilot with rating Boeing 737 Series or Airbus 320 / 330
• Having experience in same fields
• Complete safety courses and programs
• Having strong communications, interpersonal and leadership skill
• Good in analytical thinking and detail oriented
• Excellent in Ms. Office applications and typing skill

GROUND SAFETY OFFICER (GSO)

Job Description :

• The position of GSO reports to a Safety Director, assist in ensuring that the standards of aviation safety are applied in dispatch / ramp / ground handling aspects and assist in carrying out safety oversight monitoring

Qualifications :

• Male / Female with age min. 40 years old
• Flight Operation Officer with rating Boeing 737 Series or Airbus 320 / 330
• Having experience in same fields
• Complete safety courses and programs
• Having strong communications, interpersonal and leadership skill
• Good in analytical thinking and detail oriented
• Excellent in Ms. Office applications and typing skill

CABIN SAFETY OFFICER (CSO)

Job Description :

• The position of CSO reports to a Safety Director, assists in ensuring that the standards of aviation safety are applied in cabin crew aspects and assist in carrying out safety oversight monitoring.

Qualifications :

• Male / Female with age min. 40 years old
• Flight Attendant with rating Boeing 737 Series or Airbus 320 / 330
• Having experience in same fields
• Complete safety courses and programs
• Having strong communications, interpersonal and leadership skill
• Good in analytical thinking and detail oriented
• Excellent in Ms. Office applications and typing skill

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP FOR BALIKPAPAN (IR – BPN)

Requirements :

• Male with age max. 30 years old
• Degree from reputable university with majoring in Law / Management / Human Resources
• Having experince min. 1 year as Industrial Relationship
• Having knowledge about Labor Regulation, expatriate documents such as Passport, KITAS, etc.
• Having strong communication and leadership skill
• Good in English skill ( both oral & written)
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
